Master Technician

A fully skilled Master Technician is required to join a busy workshop team in Wokingham. You will work alongside an experienced team to deliver a first-class standard of service, with a strong emphasis on customer focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities include carrying out diagnostics on all makes of vehicle, completing repairs and servicing to a right-first-time standard, and working towards productivity and efficiency targets while keeping communication across the team strong.

• Time-served technician with NVQ qualifications to Level 3
• Confident using current diagnostic equipment
• A proven track record of delivering quality repairs
• A full driving licence (essential)
• Strong team collaboration skills
• A flexible, customer-focused attitude
• Main dealer experience is preferred, though training can be provided
