Automotive Talent Partners are recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a successful, long-established main dealership in Swindon, part of a respected and established automotive dealer group.

We are looking for an individual who is confident in selling both new and used vehicles, building lasting customer relationships and consistently delivering strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Selling new and used vehicles while delivering an excellent customer experience

Managing customer enquiries, appointments and follow-ups

Building strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Presenting suitable finance and additional products in line with company procedures

Achieving individual sales targets and dealership objectives

Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum 12 months' experience in car sales within a dealership environment

Full UK Driving Licence

Legal right to work in the UK

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Confident communication, negotiation and customer service skills

Professional, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude

Strong understanding of the automotive sales process
