Vehicle Technician

We are looking for a fully skilled Vehicle Technician to join the team in High Wycombe. You will become part of a supportive workplace that values openness, friendliness, integrity and flexibility, with customer focus and teamwork at its heart.

The role covers diagnostics, servicing and repairs across multiple vehicle makes, with clear productivity and efficiency targets to work towards.

• Time-served and qualified to NVQ Level 3
• Confident operating current diagnostic equipment
• A track record of getting the work right first time
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Full driving licence essential
• Main dealer experience preferred, with training available
• A flexible, customer-focused attitude
