Level 3 Vehicle Technician

Automotive Talent Partners is recruiting a Level 3 Vehicle Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Wokingham. This vacancy forms part of our recruitment across multiple vehicle brands.

You will carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs, using your technical knowledge to diagnose faults and complete work to the required standard. The role involves working with workshop colleagues and keeping clear records of the work completed.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and a methodical approach to investigate vehicle faults.
• Check vehicle condition and report any additional work required.
• Complete repairs in line with the relevant technical procedures.
• Record work accurately and communicate progress to workshop colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, organised working area and follow workshop safety procedures.

The basic salary is £32,000–£38,000 per year, depending on experience, with on-target earnings of £40,000–£50,000 including bonus. OTE is performance-related and is separate from guaranteed basic pay.

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Practical experience in vehicle servicing, fault diagnosis and repair.
• A careful approach to quality, safety and recording completed work.
• The ability to work effectively with a workshop team and manage allocated jobs.
• A full driving licence.
