SALES EXECUTIVE – AUTOMOTIVE MAIN DEALERSHIP 5-Day Working Week Automotive Talent Partners are recruiting a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive for a successful franchised main dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is motivated by achieving targets, delivering outstanding customer service and building a long-term career within a supportive dealership group. You will manage customers throughout the complete sales journey, from the initial enquiry and vehicle demonstration through to finance presentation, negotiation and handover. Key Responsibilities: • Sell new and used vehicles while consistently achieving sales targets • Respond quickly and professionally to showroom, telephone and online enquiries • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives • Present finance, insurance and additional products clearly and compliantly • Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity • Prospect for new opportunities and manage an existing customer database • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to handover

Requirements: • Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills • Confident, professional and target-driven approach • Ability to build rapport and close sales effectively • Good understanding of finance products and FCA compliance • Organised and able to manage multiple customers and enquiries • Full UK driving licence
