About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a busy and well-established franchise main dealership.
This is an excellent role for a proven automotive sales leader who can drive performance, motivate a team, improve process and deliver strong results across new and used vehicle sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales department day to day, supporting the team with deal structure, enquiry management, customer experience, finance performance and overall sales performance.
This position would suit an experienced Sales Manager, strong Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Sales Controller who is ready to step into a more senior leadership role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a busy dealership sales team
Drive new and used car sales performance
Improve enquiry management, customer follow-up and showroom conversion
Support finance, insurance and add-on product performance
Manage stock activity, pricing, deal structure and profitability
Ensure excellent customer service and strong manufacturer standards
Coach the team daily on performance, process and closing activity
Create a focused, professional and results-driven sales environment
