Service Advisor

Automotive Talent Partners is recruiting a Service Advisor for a full-time, on-site role in Camberley. This vacancy forms part of our recruitment across multiple vehicle brands.

As a Service Advisor, you will be a point of contact for customers booking their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. You will work with workshop and parts colleagues to keep customers informed and help the service department operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and record their service or repair requirements accurately.
• Arrange workshop bookings and maintain clear customer and vehicle records.
• Explain proposed work and estimates in a clear, professional way.
• Keep customers updated and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Liaise with technicians, workshop control and the parts department.
• Prepare invoices and explain completed work when customers collect their vehicles.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• An organised approach to bookings, customer updates and administration.
• Confidence discussing vehicle servicing and repair requirements with customers.
• Good computer skills and the ability to keep accurate records.
• Previous automotive service-advisor or service-reception experience is desirable.
• The ability to work effectively with workshop and parts colleagues.
