Showroom Manager

Automotive Talent Partners is recruiting a Showroom Manager for a full-time, on-site role in High Wycombe, working Monday to Friday.

You will support the day-to-day running of the showroom, help the sales team deliver a professional customer experience and keep sales activity organised. This role suits someone with automotive sales experience who can provide clear leadership and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily showroom activity and support the sales team.
• Help colleagues manage customer enquiries, follow-up and vehicle handovers.
• Monitor sales activity and progress towards agreed targets.
• Maintain professional showroom presentation and accurate sales administration.
• Help resolve customer queries and support a consistent customer experience.
• Work with other departments to prepare vehicles and complete deliveries.

The package is £30,000 basic salary per year with £50,000+ on-target earnings. OTE depends on performance and is separate from guaranteed basic pay.
