Vehicle Progressor

Automotive Talent Partners is recruiting a Vehicle Progressor in Wokingham, Berkshire.

Working Monday to Friday, you will help keep vehicles moving through the preparation and delivery process. The role supports the sales operation by coordinating vehicle readiness, keeping stock information accurate and helping colleagues resolve delays before customer handover.

Basic salary of £30,000.

Key responsibilities

• Track vehicles from arrival through preparation and readiness for sale or delivery.
• Check incoming vehicles and record their condition and relevant paperwork.
• Coordinate preparation requirements with sales, workshop and valeting colleagues.
• Monitor progress and raise issues that could affect agreed delivery times.
• Support vehicle photography, online stock information and display standards.
• Keep vehicle records, keys and preparation updates organised.
• Help the sales team maintain accurate information about vehicle availability and readiness.
