Aftersales Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership team in Newbury. Working both on the front line with visiting customers and over the phone with prospective clients, you will be the friendly first point of contact and a key part of delivering a smooth aftersales experience.

This is a varied, people-focused role suited to someone who is well-presented, dependable and enjoys juggling a busy and varied workload while keeping customer care at the heart of everything they do.

• Strong customer service skills, whether in person or over the telephone
• Confident and clear communicator
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Previous experience in the motor trade or retail customer service is an advantage but not essential
• A reliable, professional team player able to manage their own priorities
