Aftersales Advisor

We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join a friendly dealership team in Oxford. This is a varied, people-facing role where you will look after customers throughout the day and engage with prospective clients.

You will need to manage and prioritise your own workload, working confidently on your own initiative while also playing an active part in the wider team.

• Excellent customer service skills
• A presentable, professional and reliable manner
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Good IT skills (essential)
• Motor trade or retail customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
