Aftersales Advisor

We are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to join a busy and friendly dealership team in Wokingham. The business prides itself on a culture built around openness, friendliness, integrity and flexibility, with a genuine focus on both customer experience and colleague wellbeing.

Day to day you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service enquiries, looking after walk-ins and prospective clients, and managing your own workload while supporting the wider team.

• Excellent customer service skills and a smart, professional manner
• Strong communication and confident IT skills
• Reliable, with a real team-player attitude
• Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
• Experience in the motor trade or retail is an advantage but not essential
