Aftersales Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager to take charge of a busy service operation in the Oxford area. This is a leadership role focused on growing departmental profitability while keeping customer satisfaction consistently high.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service team, providing clear direction and the motivation needed to help colleagues perform at their best.

• Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager
