Aftersales Advisor

An opportunity has come up for an Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership team in Reading. The role centres on supporting customers throughout the day and engaging with prospective clients to deliver a great aftersales experience.

You will work closely with colleagues while also being comfortable managing and prioritising your own workload when needed.

• Excellent customer service skills
• A presentable, professional and reliable manner
• A dedicated team player with good communication skills
• Good IT skills (essential)
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Motor trade or retail customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
